Caring, understanding, & car focused
Bryans is very friendly whenever i talk to anyone there & is more than happy to help me out with my car under any situation im in! They explained to me very well on what my car needed & what want me to look out for. Lastly, their enthusiasm for automobiles is very welcome! Told me my 1st gen escape hybrid is the cleanest one they’ve seen for its mileage(264k) & i was able to talk about the quirky history of my car & they listened. Extremely friendly & the shuttle is a added bonus. Tho they recommend I stay since the shuttle was out for a while & they could prob finish my oil change quicker.
