When a vehicle is brought in for an oil change, our technicians take a quick look through the wheels to estimate the thickness of the brake pads. If any concerns are noted regarding the brakes, we offer a complimentary brake inspection, which includes removing all four wheels and accurately measuring the thickness of the pads. I am confident that, had we conducted the free inspection, we would have informed you if the brake pads did not require replacement.
