Friendly, understanding, & fast!
I came in today to have my 2006 Ford Escape Hybrid's single instance of AC failure looked at, as well as look at a few other small things while I was there. Josh was very understanding when working with me & friendly when talking to me. I was highly concerned(being that my car's hybrid battery uses the same AC system for cooling) that a cooling failure was imminent, but the both the techs and service advisors at Bryan's work very efficiently & I was able to get my car back the same day! The shuttle service is also a godsend as id have very little options to get to work in a timely manner. Although if I HAD to nitpick, I guess maybe have an extra shuttle or so available to reduce the occurrence of customers requesting a shuttle, but none being available. Lastly, being one that deployed to Europe a few years ago, I appreciate that Bryan's is a veteran owned business that has that discount. I highly appreciated their friendliness, even going so far as to talk a bit about some quirks of my car. It also seems that Bryan's has the ability to do some decently specialized hybrid service & maintenance, so I will for sure come to Bryan's for that stuff as well! (Maybe add the ability someday to rebalance hybrid battery cells please? There's quite a large amount of hybrids on the road, & not very many mechanics locally who offer a rebalancing service) 10/10 would use Bryan's again(I just have to remember next time to come back lol).
