Cliente VerificadoWe responded to the customer by paying our mechanics to diagnose both issues (the radio and the sensor) and agreed to participate in the repair on the radio. The customer wanted us to pay the entire amount which we declined. The customer was offered an extended service contract but declined to purchase one. We do not know where the headrests went but they were not noted while the customer negotiated their deal. Unfortunately the customer is using inappropriate language and we apologize for the issues that have arised after his purchase.
