Promises NOT kept!
I purchased a 2008 Mazda last weekend. At that time it had a check engine light on, but was assured it was not an issue and it would be resolved by the following day. They reported it was due to installing a new battery in the vehicle, but on the drive home the following day, it turned on again! I have since called to complain and they have scheduled the car to be checked out NEXT WEEK. I purchased this car with the promise that it would be in great working order by the time I had it in my possession. Now I need to figure out a way to get it back to Brooks Biddle so they can fix the issue they promised would be resolved!!! NOT the "60 years of great business" I was hoping for.
