Let me start by saying “impressed” is an understatement! I took my Lincoln MKX in for an inspection sticker, knowing it would need work done. The guys went through my car with a “fine tooth comb”! I was then sent a text message detailing everything they found that needed attention. Not only was there a description detailing the info, THERE WERE PICTURES so you can see with your own two eyes what it was they found. You then can approve or decline the work you want done. I just knew it would cost me the price of a new, used car, however, it was maybe a third of the price I expected. You can tell they aren’t out to rip you off. After approving the work to be done, they got started right away on my vehicle, and had everything done by the time I got off of work!! I couldn’t believe it! My baby was back purring like new again! When I went to pick up my vehicle, I requested to speak to the mechanic that did the work. When he came out, I tried to tip him for his work. He declined multiple times until I demanded he take it ($100). He was very grateful and appreciated my gesture as much as I appreciated his hard work! Broccolo will forever be my mechanic moving forward and I have full trust in them when it comes to my vehicles!
