Honest, transparent and awesome customer service
My Chevy traverse needed a bunch of brake work and some odds and ends. I took it to courtesy Chevrolet and their quote was absolutely excessive. Since warranty had expired I searched around for a good brake repair spot and general mechanic. I research a ton and landed on Brake Stop as the alternative. Robert was incredibly responsive and had all rotors, pads ect replaced within 24 hours. While it can be a costly repair, I was very satisfied with what I deemed a completely fair quote. I have now found a permanent repair shop for my automotive needs in Brake Stop and auto repair. This is a great business and prime example of what a business should be. Fair. Responsive and darn good at what they do. They are just awesome.
