Honest and Informative
Had some break grinding and brought my car in. After an inspection they clearly showed me both front and rear brakes needed to be re done as well as my shocks and struts. I was shown exactly what was work down and they easily explained it all to me. I was quoted an excellent price to get everything fixed but after a discussion Jeff helped me realize I would be better off getting a new car then sinking more money into mine than it was worth. I could not be more appreciative of the honesty from such an expert and they have my highest recommendation.

Needed a sidewall blowout repair
Called, spoke to Jeff, he said bring it right over. Had to order a new tire, it arrived the following morning. Mounted, balanced and installed, ready by noon for pickup.
Fast, friendly and made a painful situation much more pleasant. No B. S. Straightforward and very helpful.

Willing to help!
I needed a new 12v battery for my KIA Nior and Jeff went above & beyond to try to locate one for me. As it turns out KIA dealerships won’t give out those batteries & I had to go there to get it replaced. But I appreciated all of Jeff’s attempts to get one for me! Will be back for any further maintenance & repairs.

I highly recommend
This place is where you want to go. They are honest, their work is good, and there are financing options if you qualify. Cars are a necessity in this area and a good auto mechanic shop is invaluable.This is my second time using their services and I have had a great experience each time.

Not so sure about you anymore
I took my 2010 Nissan in for an oil change. I asked if my car could get an inspection to make sure everything was good. My car was there for 5 hours which is okay because they found some other things I was told that needed to be replaced or done. When I picked the car up I was told that they heard a noise “for a brief second” on the right front that they could not duplicate. I’m told to keep an eye (ear) on it as it could be a problem but probably not. Should I worry? Am I going to worry needlessly? I don’t know from the information I received.
Second, as I started my car to leave I heard a popping noise on the right and thank goodness the noise happened again when they repeatedly started the car ( this was a totally different noise from the one aforementioned) I was told that a couple of bolts that had been removed hadn’t been bolted down in the area where work had been done. So they fixed it but I was I was struck by how casual the response was like no big deal. It was a big deal for me. Parts totaled $383.63. Labor was 810.00. My car was there for a total of 5 hours. That’s at least $162.00 an hour (if they had worked on it all 5 hours). To charge that much an hour and leave bolts unbolted seems careless to me. Sorry if I expect more at <$162.00 an hour. Now I’m worried about what else may have been overlooked.
