Excellent service dept
I use Logan all the time in the service dept to schedule and follow up. He is so on top of his job that I can't thank him enough! If your not happy I would suggest if you have a GM car to ask for him. He will take great care of you.
As for any repairs the mechanics are great and quickly resolve the issues. Recently, Scott one of the mechanics helped me in a stressful situation with my car. The parts came in fast and im getting it fixed already. Dave B and all the service guys are all helpful too. I have ONLY USED THIS DEALERSHIP SINCE AROUND 1990... 35 years. IN ALL THOSE YEARS IVE ONLY HAD A REALLY BAD ENCOUNTER WITH A SALESMAN TO WHERE I WAS IN TEARS FROM HIM YELLING AT ME AND SAYING DEGRADING THINGS TO ME ABOUT MYSELF IN FRONT OF OTHERS IN THE SHOWROOM AS WELL AS EXPERIENCING THE SAME ISSUE THAT WAS WRITTEN ABOUT HIM IN ANOTHER REVIEW I SEE HERE. HE TALKED OBNOXIOUSLY TO ME ONCE BEFORE BUT I LET IT GO. THIS TIME I DIDN'T ONLY BECAUSE I WAS TOLD THAT HAPPENED TO ANOTHER WOMAN. WE WAS GONE THEN BACK NOW GONE AGAIN. HOPEFULLY, BOWSER DOESN'T BRING HIM BACK FOR THE THIRD TIME. IT DOESN'T MATTER TO ME. I WOULD NEVER LET HIM TALK TO ME LIKE THAT AGAIN. HOPEFULLY BOWSER DOESN'T GIVE HIM ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY TO CONTINUE TO TREAT WOMEN DISRESPECTFULLY. ESPECIALLY YELLING AT ONES ABOUT THIER DEBILITATING SERIOUS HEALTH CONDITIONS.
