Hands down, worst experience to best experience
My day started out bad by my car having car trouble I started calling around trying to find a mechanic and I was on Google and I saw this place and I read the reviews and so I called and I asked them did they charge diagnosis fee’s and everything, etc. etc. they told me to come on in. They said if I do the job with them I wouldn’t have to pay the diagnosis fee From the moment I walked in the building. I felt as if I was around friends and family that I known my whole life they’re so welcoming so friendly, great people hands-down, and their mechanic is amazing. He took time to explain things to me because I was trying to make sure that I wasn’t getting myself Into a deeper hole by trying to fix it and he let me know the best route to take and once I informed him that I was dropping my car off they asked me did I need a ride they gave me a ride to my destination for free that was amazing that took a little stress off my plate. They drop me off at work stayed in contact with me the whole time while I was at work it was just a great experience from the front office to the mechanics. I’m looking forward to my car breaking again so I can go back and see these people.lol just kidding but seriously I invited them to a barbecue on the 16th. I’m hoping they come. First impressions are everything and these people have made an impression on me thank you guys so much. I really do appreciate your hard work dedication and putting me back on the road.
