Charge for extras
i was not happy that i got charged an extra two dollars for windshield washer fluid when I have a giant bottle that I fill up my fluid on a regular bassi with. If you are going to top off fluid you should ask before you charge or do it for free.

Hi Cathy, I'm sorry we didn't notice your container of washer fluid before we topped off the one in your car. Can I please make it up to you by doing your next oil change for free???? I'll make a note on my end and if you would please remind me on your next trip in.
