Friendly, informative, good service
My car was diagnosed with a clogged catalytic converter on my Hyundai 2018 Tucson while visiting a friend in Vermont. 3 Hyundai dealers could not schedule diagnostics until mid December. AAA website had Bobs Service listed high called them on a Friday and could take the car on Monday. After learning that the converter was clogged the part would not be available for a week but would try to pull it in earlier. A couple of days later Bob's called and the car was finished. No problems to report. Friendly customer service, kept me informed, and appreciated it since I lived about 200 miles away.
