Fixed car steering issue
Bobby Likis Automotive was super helpful with my car issue, and the customer service, having it fixed when they said it would be, and having the price they quoted be what it actually was was top notch. It's a super professional place, and would 100% do business with them again in the future!

Not A Priority
I dropped off my 2015 Chevy Cruze on Saturday, March 15th, to have the A/C issue addressed and to check for a coolant leak. On Monday, March 17th, I was informed that the radiator was leaking, which could be related to the A/C problem. I was quoted just over $1,000 for the repair, and I agreed to move forward with it.

I received a call on Monday afternoon, March 18th, notifying me that the work was completed and my car was ready. On the morning of March 19th, I took my lunch break to pick it up. Upon arrival, I asked if any other issues were discovered during the repair, and I was assured that everything looked good. However, when the sales associate checked my mileage, she noticed that the A/C still wasn’t working. She apologized and promised someone would address the issue.

A few hours later, I was informed that the A/C needed a new compressor, which would cost an additional $900. While I understand that the radiator leak and the A/C issue are separate problems, what frustrates me is that the very issue I brought the car in for—A/C not working—was not only left unresolved, but seemingly overlooked altogether.

At this point, I no longer feel like a valued customer. I feel as though my time and finances are not respected. I will be taking my business elsewhere, to a service provider who will prioritize both my car and my time.

Ripped off at bobby likis
Sub standard service , 2500 to fix my truck and its worse than when I took it to them. Solution was to order parts on 12 months backorder. And wanting 2400 more for reputed fix. They were able to do all this by holding my truck hostage for over two weeks. Had to eat a rental car fee, no loaner or compensation available. This would be a place for some competent help to show up in. Worst service on the planet. Totally unacceptable.

Never Again
I took a Porsche 911 to this show several years ago because not everyone will work on those cars. I took it in with three issues and got it back out with two completely different issues. I decided to never again go back. Years later when it was supposedly under new management I took my Audi into them. This was in 2024. They said they would charge like $69 to diagnose the issue. Days later they said they had looked at it but needed to drive it. They did and told me I needed a new motor and charged me $606. They also failed to put the top plastic engine cover back on the car and when I later asked about it it was nowhere to be found. Knowing there was no way it needed a new motor I took it to a back yard mechanic that was not so familiar with Audis but was willing to look at it. $40 an hour and 3 hours later it was fixed. These people would rather not take the time to see what is what and just throw estimates at you.

Transmission & engine replacement
My experience with 2 major parts needing repair engine and transmission the communication between the staff ,the warranty company and myself was excellent . They handled all my needs quickly and were able to provide the best service possible. This was a great experience in a bad situation that was handled from towing to repair wonderful service service provided by Vanessa

Honest Mechanics
I’ve been with Bobby like us for over a year now I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My son was a mechanic and now that he’s no longer in the area. I am so thankful to find a place who is honest and treats me like family. They are always accommodating and I’ve never had them try to rip me off, even after getting other opinions

I like your facility. Your people usually do a good job with my car but today I came over just after just having a car detailed and your guy left fingerprints all over my hood. It would’ve been a simple process to wipe your fingerprints off or your handprints I should say off my vehicle, especially after spending $60 to have a detailed so that I was not happy about other than that. I will continue to come back. That’s why you’re getting a four star this time. Tell the technician next time take a rag and wipe your handprints off the hood specially, when you know, the car was just detailed.
