Buyers Beware!!! Misrepresented car and a scamming dealership! Should be zero stars
This dealer wouldn't even get 1 star if possible. I found a 2015 Volkswagen CC for sale on KBB and drove 2.5 hrs to buy it. The first red flag- the description of the car "from the seller" was as far from accurate as it could come. The post stated it was still "under manufacturer warranty" and was an AWD and it was not, along with tons of other false information. I got there to test drive the car and when I started the car, the check engine light was on and had multiple other error messages flashing, no taillights, the trunk wouldn't open, and the car was making a squealing noise. The car needed a LOT fixed before it could even leave the lot!! The financing part was the biggest joke. I was already preapproved with my bank at a low-interest rate, but they stated they "didn't take outside financing". Then they brought me an offer sheet and the math of the percent of interest I was being charged added up to a 17% interest rate!! They kept lying about the financing and refused to give me any kind of break down, only the minimum information they could. He stated I could finance through them and then refinance through my bank as they couldn't get the title to my bank in a timely manner! They are definitely scamming and trying to overcharge for a broken car.
