The process has been a nightmare
First of all our salesman was great. We had a trade in that was worth more than the car we was purchasing. Our trade in was paid off so it was a trade that we are supposed to get money back on. We never seen anyone from finance and they had our salesman who was new take care of the paperwork. We was back in there 3 separate times for things finance failed to give him.
Our car has the LoJack app and we couldn’t figure out why after 2 weeks we could not get it to work. I go in to find out that finance never released it from their inventory. So we had a car that still belonged to the dealership even though it was paid off. Than come to find out the money we have been owed and was expecting in the mail never got sent because the car hasn’t been released.
I have tried to get this problem resolved but every time I try to call I’m on hold for at least 30 minutes. This has been terrible.
