The staff is always very good to me and do a thorough and professional job. I am most appreciative of their honest advice..
Mears made room for me in their schedule the next day after I discovered a big bolt in my tire. They were able to patch the tire and one week later it is still holding tight. They explained that I would need to buy 4 new all wheel tires if I replaced the one that was damaged. With their confidence, and knowing that I wouldn't be going very far in the local area, we agreed to try the patch and see how it held. As a woman, but no youngster, I appreciate being treated with respect and trying to do right for every customer, just not being heavy handed and giving me only one option. Building my trust, and reasonable prices, is the reason I keep going back to Mears.

One of the best places to have your auto worked on.
Mears is very knowledgeable. They have excellent and experienced technicians here. Work is top notch. Friendly staff. The best place I have been at in years to have work done.

Mears saved the day with my daughter's car
I've live in Brownsburg for 23 years and have used Mears many times over that period. Most recently, they worked on my daughter's car that would not start. The car was towed there that morning and within 1 day they found the issue (starter) and replaced it. Troy and Bob are great to work with. My issues were solved quickly and fairly and I do appreciate what they did to get us back on the road. Great job.

This is your place!
I think the best compliment I can give, amongst many fine points, is that this place has integrity. Of course it was fast and friendly, but more than that I never felt like a “customer” no cap, as the kids would say! I felt taken care of, they did all the work, and when it came down to the repair needs I was treated like.. someone familiar or something similar. Never did I feel pressured or as if I were being bated into services I don’t need. I wish that weren’t something I’m on the look out for but c’est la vie. Bottom line, all of the people I interacted with here are great, I was treated great, I strongly recommend!

Great job!
Great place and friendly. They go all out on a oil change. They don't just change your oil, they look your vehicle over top to bottom. They have found problems with my car that would have been a breakdown on the highway. I would not go anywhere else.

A trusted Qualified mechanic is good as gold
Mears fits the bill. They have been taking care of our vehicles for over 15 years and we are more than satisfied with their service. They do a thorough job every time and are easy to work with and go the extra steps to provide for our needs. We are confident they will let us know of any issues that might need fixed and provide cost estimates but without pressure. I would highly recommend them.
