When working out the initial numbers of the car, our car salesmen were very reasonable in helping us find a car within my budget. After having a bit of a rocky timeline for getting everything squared away with my car, Customer Relations promptly followed up with my experience to learn how they could improve. Based on this follow-up, it is evident that they truly care about providing customers with a great experience.

Very Unprofessional
Our initial conversations were productive and getting to a number was fairly straightforward, however, after purchasing the vehicle, we were left in the dark as to when we could pick it up. It took four separate visits to get everything squared away, and we were often left guessing when we would hear back/ had to wait a long time to hear information back.
