Assistance
My mother and I came to your dealership to look at new Palisades (SUV). We walked from one end of the lot to the other looking at them. No one came to us to see if we were being helped or wanted help. Saw sale person rocking in the rocking chair, and walking into the dealership. We thought we would just take our business elsewhere. We did. Went to another dealership KIA. Was welcomed right away and bought a new 2023 Telluride. It was between KIA and Hyundai. Kia won. Customer Service makes all the difference..

Sonata Visit
Tanner at Bob Mayberry coordinated service on our older Sonata. In addition to doing a number of recalls, we did a standard oil change and wheel alignment. We also received recommendations for additional service which we'll be pursuing over the next few months. Tanner provides excellent excellent customer service!

Very pleased with Tanner in Service Department
We were very pleased with the service we received when we dropped off our Kona. It had been making a noise after it was started and the problem was found and resolved in a reasonable time. We were given a loaner car to use, which was clean & comfortable. Tanner was exceptional with giving us updates on the progress of the repair and was always on top of things! Thanks Tanner and mechanics!

Better service than expected
My wife had a noise coming from her car. She took it in and dropped it off. Vince from the service department called me as soon as they figured it out, a worn bushing, and suggested reasonable other services to go along with the repair. I appreciated that he didn’t try to over sell services and told me what he felt should be done while pointing out other things that could be fixed but weren’t really necessary.
