I want to give a personal shout out to my Service Advisor Jim Mulkey. Jim worked with my daughter who was driving cross country from AZ to NC. She ran into some mechanical problems in Oklahoma City, her AC went out, and she was transporting her elderly dog in the rear seat, and the AC was critically important for her dog. Jim was determined to get to the bottom of the trouble, and discovered the issue, and had his team make the repairs, and sent my daughter, and her dog safely on their way with the AC working great!
