Worst customer experience ever. Please avoid this place if you can. The salesman and sales manager are very rude and arrogant. Yelp does not give zero star option so had to select one star. I locked out everything about e-Golf lease over the phone twice and drove there to find out from the sales manager that - it was a mistake made by sales person for giving wrong dollar amount over the phone and misleading information given about co-signer benefits. Please stay away from this place. There are so many other VW dealers in bay area.
