Paul said he brought his vehicle in for an issue with the transmission. They couldn't get the transmission to throw the code. They said it should have been in the old code system. They took it for a test drive and they couldn't find anything. They charged him 185 and wouldn't give his vehicle back without paying. There could have been a workaround or they could have done more to even diagnose the issue and they didn't do anything, and he was still charged.
