Randy said he was able to get there and drop his vehicle off on a Thursday night with the intention of being able to pick it up the next day. They called him that Friday and gave him a quote, he paid for the quote, and he was able to pick up his vehicle that evening. They got the parts and made it happen in one day. He wanted to thank them hugely for turning the whole process around in one day, they made it happen and he's never had that experience with a vehicle establishment.
