I took my car in for the first oil change and Brooke help me out. She is a very friendly lady. I waited for my service to be done. While waiting spoke with my salesman and another friendly salesman. Spoke with a technician from the service department to which I am going to assume is the manager. Very friendly individual. I have on my account to rotate tires when the vehicle is serviced and when I was told that they were finished and that the tires looked fine. So they didn’t change them. Now mind you I live 80 miles from Sioux Falls and my car is used as the primary vehicle. My mileage is all from highway driving. We always rotate the tires at an oil change to make sure that they are wearing correctly. So with that being said I would think that if a customer has asked for something to be done and the service department doesn’t feel it should be done. Then make sure that you check with the customer first to make sure that they are okay with it. I got home told husband, he was upset and took care of it himself.

I had called and ordered a new part to my car door handle, which went very smooth and they were incredibly helpful. Once it had come in and I picked it up, it was the wrong part. I had already made it home by the time the realization even hit. I called Billion Hyundai again to get help with getting the right part this time and to return the wrong part. The person who had answered the call, seemed super disinterested, rude and incredibly unhelpful. It makes me not want to come back again. Next time I will never go through this dealership for these sort of things.

Botched an oil change
If there was a negative rating, I would give that. I took our vehicle in for a routine oil change. The first red flag was the service was done in 20 minutes. The second red flag was leaking oil and the oil pressure light coming on. We took the car to another dealer who let us know "whoever performed your last oil changed screwed it up. You have a leak in the oil filter housing gasket." Thankfully no damage done, but we will never return to Billion Hyundai and we will tell all our friends.

Oil Change
We were charged for what we understood would be a complimentary oil change. We were under miles but over 40 days on 3 yr time. Sheet we had indicated that dealer could file maintenance claim +-2 months “to provide flexibility when servicing customers “. Satisfied when told they would put in a note that our next oil change would be covered. ??

Had issues with my car on the weekend. Billions was able to squeeze me in on Monday and get my car fixed by the end of the day. Also, informed me that engine appears to be using oil and requested me to return for follow up check at 1000 miles. Great work

Outstanding Service
I have been using Billion Hyundai for many years and they have always had great service. This time they exceeded all.expectation though
My wife passed away last Friday, we were having another major snow event where travel was discouraged. My Tucson had to get jump started late the day before and once I got it home would not restart. I called Jordan at Billion Hyundai and since I was not sure if it was a battery or alternator or what he sent Bo and Bruce over when the road finally was passable. Bo tested the charging system determined it was the battery changed out the battery and got everything set to go. With all that is involved after a spouses death what Jordan, Bo and Bruce did for me was far above and beyond good customer service. It was spectacular customer service

Since the beginning I've had issues with this place. Reluctantly I ended up leasing a vehicle from them 3 years ago. The day I bought my car, I didn't even know how to start it. When I stepped inside after the paperwork, they urged me to come back tomorrow or another day for someone to help me because they were closed. The first time, I dealt with Sheldon Foster as my salesman. I would never recommend him as a salesman, especially when he wouldn't simply show me how to start the vehicle I purchased less than 5 minutes previous to that.
Then. I traded it in for a new vehicle. Of course they had all these little asterisks so I had to go through them. That's a whole different story I won't even start. Thankfully I worked with a salesman who I somewhat trusted from a different store. He had sold my family a multitude of vehicles in the past couple years.
The finance guy, Chase Porter, was amazing! He explained things that made complete sense so I added on these extra things. Well I was told by the salesman I thought I trusted that I needed all this extra stuff. I don't plan to keep the car forever as I plan to upgrade in the future. I asked not to add this and was told by both, I cannot turn it down, I needed it. During this time, I called my insurance who was unable to connect with me right away as they were busy. Understandable. I called my mom as well, but she could not step away from work. My dad passes away a couple years ago so I don't have any other contacts to ask questions to.
Thus, the sale was complete.
I had a wonderful time with "Ike" who sat with me for AN HOUR - EXPLAINING the car's features to me. I did know some things, but he was EXTREMELY thorough!!!! THANK YOU IKE.
Now, I didn't plan on buying a car right then, but it was a hybrid, no others were coming in anytime soon, and other people were already interested. Although it was my fault, I forgot to open the back area where the extra tire is stored. I had my dad's old socket set among some other things I wished I could have grabbed. Again, I know it was my fault I forgot to look, but when I called a couple days later (to see if I could look for it or to see if they found it and planned on calling), no one knew of any vehicle and everything gets thrown if it's left. This is fair and was my fault, but because I was already getting upset with this process, that was just some icing on the cake for me...
The day after I bought my car, talked to my mom, and discussed this extra money stuff with my insurance, it came to my attention, I bought the extra warranty and the GAP insurance. It was not explained that these were two different items that I purchased. So I start calling the dealership asking to speak with someone about this. I had to leave messages because no one was ever around to answer my call. Finally, I get a little upset with the receptionist, at NO FAULT of hers, because this is kinda ridiculous. I would like to speak with someone about this right now. (Mind you I also travel for work. Thankfully I was in the same time zone that week, but otherwise who knows where this could have gone...not much worse honestly?) Eventually I am transferred to, the one and only Sheldon Foster as he had a promotion and is the manager of sales or something.
He seemingly helps me out. Chase emails me a thing to sign for a "refund" of this $5K extra I spent. (That was also a whole different story because it took almost a week for him to send it and only sent it after I called several more times.)
So now it's a waiting game. After more calls and emails, Sheldon says it's sent to Veridian itself, but I'll have to pay the monthly fee until it shows up. No problem.
He asks if I want a copy of the agreement and I say yes. He sends it to me while on the phone. The next day I open it and it is NOT the agreement for the refund, it is the agreement of them buying my leased vehicle.
I have not heard anything back. I asked to be connected with someone else as he is no help. At all. I'm still waiting... this was what almost 2 months ago..
NOTHING HAS BEEN FIXED.
