Thank you for rating us a 5 star! I wanted to address the cost and the inventory you referenced, and please know that all other locations across the state are higher than us for new inventory - other states won't always sell to people from other states right now either - it's a mess!
Also, Mr. Underhill, it's not that we are trying to "stoop low", it's the way the market is. If we have no inventory, we have no jobs for our employees. I hope you understand. Thank you for being a customer.

Good morning. I would like to thank you for taking the time to fill out our survey. It helps us identify problems and how we need to adjust our training. On your recent visit we performed some basic services on your vehicle, which included oil/filter change, multi-point inspection, tire rotation and replacing cabin and engine air filter. As far as thoroughness of explanation goes, I will gladly go into more detail about any or all of those services. For the fluid levels, if you have the time to swing back by the dealership we can remedy that in just a few minutes. I will address the issue with the technician that worked on your vehicle. I wanted to say after reviewing your concerns, the service department would like to apologize for making you feel like they were not up to par. We all have our days but we learn from our bad ones. With that being said, would you be willing to come back another time for a free oil change in the future where we can show you that we are better quality than the service you would recieve at WalMart? Please let us know and we will put a free oil change on your account if you would change your rating, but know that we are working on doing better.
