Service appointment.
Friday morning appointment I was greeted by service staff at the door. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. I thought this would cause a delay. But within 25 minutes service was completed . Thanks to Nathan service tech. and other staff I had a pleasant visit and it made my day.

Service update
Was scheduled for a notification on my car..the maintenance representative came out checked it out, configured some data and had it reset. Also did a wheel alignment that I asked for during my scheduled appt, there was no need to make another appointment

Jacked up price on New vehicles
I can’t believe Hundai jacks the price up on new cars and up charges the cost of the buying new cars . I thought the manufacture of Hundai and where I shop at Billingsley Hundai would not stoop this low to make money off there customers.

Thank you for rating us a 5 star! I wanted to address the cost and the inventory you referenced, and please know that all other locations across the state are higher than us for new inventory - other states won't always sell to people from other states right now either - it's a mess!

Also, Mr. Underhill, it's not that we are trying to "stoop low", it's the way the market is. If we have no inventory, we have no jobs for our employees. I hope you understand. Thank you for being a customer.

Good morning.  I would like to thank you for taking the time to fill out our survey.  It helps us identify problems and how we need to adjust our training.  On your recent visit we performed some basic services on your vehicle, which included oil/filter change, multi-point inspection, tire rotation and replacing cabin and engine air filter.  As far as thoroughness of explanation goes, I will gladly go into more detail about any or all of those services.  For the fluid levels, if you have the time to swing back by the dealership we can remedy that in just a few minutes.  I will address the issue with the technician that worked on your vehicle.  Please feel free to reach out with any other questions or concerns.

Went in for an oil change
I would expect that the service notification would have been reset if something so simple as this was missed what else was was overlooked.

I wanted to say after reviewing your concerns, the service department would like to apologize for making you feel like they were not up to par. We all have our days but we learn from our bad ones. With that being said, would you be willing to come back another time for a free oil change in the future where we can show you that we are better quality than the service you would recieve at WalMart? The best service in Oklahoma!
Billingsley Hyundai of Lawton had excellent customer service! I have gone to other dealerships to purchase cars, but most don't seem to care once the actual contract is signed. YOU are now just a number on paper. At Billingsley, ( which I did not buy a car there, but only because they did not have the one I wanted at the time), I was treated with respect. Being a woman, sometimes its very intimidating going into a service department and trying to explain your concerns about your vehicle. I did NOT feel this way at all when I came to Billingsley Hyundai. They didn't judge me, they didn't make me feel stupid, but most of all....they just listened. It was an amazing experience, and I will continue to use them in the future!

Billingsley service experience.
I used to have average, or below average service work and staff experiences with this dealership, but my last visit for an oil change and service was excellent things have very much improved, let’s hope they keep it up!
