Then on my way home the car broke down. The next day I was able to coax the car back to the dealer. I was expecting them to say "hey you signed the as-is paperwork" and that I was on my own. BUT I spoke with Matt Goldstein. He said that my satisfaction was worth more that the money it would cost to fix the car. WOW! He then backed up what he said and fixed my 8 year old "new" car. Can't really give it justice here but I was super impressed and I will be back. I am planning on buying a new new car in the next couple years. I will be back. I will also be telling all my friends about Bill Pierre Chevrolet.
