We were so pleased with the service we received in replacing 2 house batteries in our motor home. The manager, Pete, took time to explain what was needed and when we told him we were living on the vehicle, he assured us that he could come to Ft Meade campground and provide service on site. He did just that one day after we met with him at their facility. We sincerely appreciated his pleasant manner and willingness to go beyond our expectations.
