Warranty Denial
Betten Baker Hyundai in Muskegon, MI denied the claim on my car for a manufacturer's defect. Overall it was a very disappointing experience. As a result, I will never do business with them again, and I won't ever purchase another Hyundai again. They denied it because I didn't have 100% of all of my maintenance done at their shop. I had some oil changes done at other places...so they wouldn't do anything with my Warranty claim, and as a result, Hyundai wouldn't reimburse me for a repair that I had done at a certified independent mechanic.
