I needed 6 spark plug change and received a price quote which was hundreds less than other mechanics gave. I called back to ask if quote was for 4, rather than 6 plugs. They confirmed it was for 6 plugs so I scheduled appointment. When I arrived for appointment, I asked Gary to confirm before doing the work. He reviewed it and said it was wrongly quoted and should be much higher, but he would make it right for me.
