Surprise! All expectations met!
My experience at the sales department of Beaverton Hyundai with the professional guidance of Bryan, Brandon and Ali was what I consider to be not typical. I was impressed by their sincere approach, honesty, and willingness to really listen to my concerns. And, as a bonus, I thoroughly enjoyed our interactions. Kudos to the aforementioned sales people! I’m even going to add a, “Bravo!” to that.

30 days and counting.
They have had my car for 30 days so really 4 weeks. I dropped my car off on Jan 27 for maintenance and my traction device was messed up. He assured me he was familiar with my insurance and it won't be a problem about two weeks for me to get it back. My insurance has said that have a hard time getting a hold of him. Well he said he was out for personal reasons and I get that life happens, but in the meantime my car is still sitting there. He said he has been communicating with them and sent me an email he sent them. At the bottom of the email it states they have been trying to get a hold of him. He did call and leave a message saying my parts have been ordered but he didn't have an estimated time of arrival for the parts. When I called him back to ask about the message he said he left it on the wrong voice-mail. So as of now no parts has been ordered and I have no release date for my car.

Not knowledgeable or honest
Beaverton Hyundai either lies a lot or doesn't know the products and services that they sell, most likely both.
We bought a brand new Hyundai from them in May of 2022. The sales guy told us the vehicle had features which it does not. The floor manager, sales associate, and the finance manager all separately gave us false information on both the included warranties and the added, third-party warranties that we purchased.
We spoke with both the general sales manager and general manager and they continued to give us false information about the included Hyundai warranties. The general sales manager then started sending us spam sales emails that had nothing to do with our issues.
All of the people we dealt with were extremely friendly but I wouldn't believe anything any of them says. They often changed their story from one moment to the next.
If you must buy a car from them, do not do a trade-in (you won't get anywhere near what your vehicle is worth), do not buy any extras from them (third-party warranties and services are less expensive, better in general, and more transparent elsewhere), know exactly what you're looking for and what it should cost before you get there (they don't know their products or just don't care about being honest). Read everything you sign thoroughly and make sure every dollar is accounted for, if you let them, they will absolutely take advantage of you.

Very Expedient Service
I can’t believe it only took 45 minutes or less to check all Fluids, Rotate Tire’s, and Change Oil!!

Great service.
My last service with Beaverton Hyundai went great!
I had my dog, Milo, waiting outside for me as I checked my car in.
Milo ended up following me right in to the service department!
I was relieved when the workers came to pet him. Because I thought no dogs aloud! But that wasn’t the case.
The guy in the front (I forgot his name) was very nice and told me there was a recall and it would take even more time there. As I waited I walked around the lot with Milo and saw the salesman that sold me my car! It was nice that he came out and said hi.
Since we had more time to kill, we walked down the road to eat outside at a brewery.
It was a fun day.
I recommend Beaverton Hyundai because their staff is great! And the mechanics are well educated

I would have liked the offer of a trade in before I paid so much money for a car I no longer own. However, the maintenance I have received at Beaverton Hyundai has always been great in the past. I drive a lot of mile just to get my car serviced there and its worth it.

The worst experience ever.
I love my Sonata hybrid. But, when it takes 18 days to Get your car into the shop for a check engine light! unacceptable! I earn my living with my Hyundai Sonata 2009 as an Uber driver. When I explained this to the service man made the appointment I was met with the difference. I am considering purchasing a pure electric and I’m sure the Hyundai is an excellent car but I will not even look. Going 18 days without income means I have to use my credit cards and find other ways to pay me my expenses. And it’s not just Beaverton Hyundai it’s Hillsboro Portland and Gresham Hyundai.

simple maintenance and all went well. quick and easy..

the only think to add is that the waiting room has way to much air freshener in it. I have some sensitivities but it seemed like 10 packets of those smelly things you put in cars had been opened. a clean waiting room is just fine - no need to smell it up

Scheduling appt. was simple and convenient. Appointment for 12 month recommended service was completed without a hitch. Work was completed in a timely fashion, and we were contacted immediately.

Fast service
The maintenance service in my vehicle was fast and accurate, they told me what needed to be done and what was still good on the vehicle that can wait. Service writer was clear on the paper explaining everything the done and what will need to be done for preventative maintenance.
