Nice guys at the desk. I had a shock when Ryan told me what all needed help to pass mechanical inspection, but after I asked all the necessary questions, he answered each one clearly. I already have recommended Baum Blvd to family (new to the area, so not many friends yet). All that keeps them from a 5 star rating is that they kept the car an entire extra day (costing me a day's wages) after placing a car in front of mine that took them way too long to repair. I was not offered compensation or other expression of thanks for my allowing them to accomodate someone else ahead of me.

I keep waiting for a service-provider to "wow" me in this area, but I guess the standard that I have set for myself is higher than the standard other service-providers have set for themselves. Baum Blvd. would benefit from a few "wow" lessons.
