A previous location had repaired damage from a motorcycle collision and was not overall satisfied with the work completed. So, I decided to try the only other location USAA authorizes for the recent damage in the same general area but on the opposite side. I am very glad I did make the switch. The status notifications were great and the final on seeing the finished work. At this point, if I or a family member need body work, I would definitely recommend Bates Collision.
