Spoke with Lawrence's wife. She said the people in the front office and Norma were great. She said Norma has been so helpful and was really nice. She liked her alot. She said she has done alot of service with this business and she felt pretty good about it, but she had some complications after her last service so she needs to see how things go with her vehicle.
