I would recommend that anyone that is local and looking for a Hyundai contact Marcus at Balise Hyundai in Springfield, MA. Due to shortages it took a long time for my new Hyundai to become available but it was definitely worth the time. I’m so happy with the whole experience. Marcus gave me frequent updates and put in extra work to make sure that I had options (offered me different colors/non-hybrid) when they popped up in case I had changed my mind or wanted to try something different due to the wait.
