Horrible customer service throughout the service department
If I could put zero stars I would , I had made an appointment for diagnostic specifically hoping to get the fastest service n feedback possible . My service representative(Christian) called me the first day to confirm things about my car , after that I struggled for 3 weeks to get ahold of him I was calling through the 3 weeks and on the third week after struggling to get in contact they told me that they haven't touched my car because they don't have the tools although it is a Hyundai car at a Hyundai dealership. I have struggled to get to work these past three weeks but it was fine because I was gonna, find the issue to my car. I spoke with both the manager and the supervisors (Miguel espinoco , and Sandro Davalos ) about fixing the mistake they made and they offered zero compensation or any remedy and instead seemed to just say I was wrong n THEY'VE THREATENED TO PLACE A LEASE ON MY CAR if I didn't pick it up immediately although I live out of town. I'd recommend anyone looking to get work done here to find another dealership. I understand that things happen but when the customer service fails to remedy that problem they made I'd expect them to fix it.

Don't get the security update
I went in for the security update for vehicles that are easy to steal. No one told me that it might impact my remote start. I have an OEM remote start. Since getting the update I start the car remotely and the alarm goes off. When I first called. They service manager told me if it's not factory it's basically not their problem. I let them know it was OEM and they scheduled me to go in a second time. Not sure how that's going to turn out but at this point I'm pretty disappointed.

Very good experience!
We had to have our 2019 Ioniq 3 towed into the service center. Joey did a fantastic job communicating with us all the way through the process. The work was done timely and thoroughly. A big "thanks" to the whole service department for a job well done. I dread working with auto repair shops, but you guys were great to work with.

Excellent service
Took my 2021 Hyundai palisade for its oil change and some other services. They kept my car to finish it and more then happy to use a loaner car until they finished mine. They have more then great customer service and I feel they went beyond so I wasn’t without a ride.

When I took my car on they were nice and prompt. Every time there was some thing new to know about my car I had a phone call telling me what was going on with my car. Overall satisfying service.

Always great
Every time I take my car in, I am always greeted with a smile. Joey who works in service area has always been great. He has been the one to get my car taken care of for the oil changes and when my engine needed to be replaced.
