Lack of communication
Service Consultant Vick Perry and Dara Bowman did their job and was very professional. However, since Dara Bowman had a family emergency and had to leave work early on 8-23-22. I called several times and the calling center employee/s was very rude and unprofessional. I had to call back at least 4 times and I kept telling him that no one was answering the numbers that he was forwarding the calls to. His reply, "Mam, what do you want me to do about it", they all probably gone for the day. As, a result I missed a very important doctors appt. on 8.24-2022. Communication with customer need improving.
