I was extremely grateful that BNH worked around their full schedule to complete the repair on my vehicle in a timely manner.
The service desk support was friendly and helpful. Even though the shop was booked solid, the technicians worked overtime to complete the repair on my vehicle ahead of schedule, which was very much appreciated. The work was flawless and the early/late extra hours of support made my experience ideal.
