Attention to Detail was LACKING
Brought our 2016 Elantra in for oil change for the first time at about 3,500 miles. Service advisor was courteous and he told me this car had a recall on the moon roof motor which I was not aware of. I was told it would take about 1.5 hours to do the recall with the oil change. I thought might as well to take care of the moon roof recall despite I had not received any information in the mail. Car was finished on time and washed. But I noticed several minor things within the day: 1) The roof was not closed (the part you use your hand to slide it open and close -- not the glass roof portion) after the mechanic had worked on it, 2) The cabin light was switched off because I discovered that during the night when I was looking for something -- opened the front door but lights did not come on as they had, 3) The driver seat was slide all the way to the back by whoever and was not readjusted back to its original position -- I noticed that as soon as I sat down, and 4) After checking the tire pressure, NONE of the tire pressure valves were tightened -- they were ALL loose. I had just checked tire pressures the day before and I had tightened all the valve caps.

When a mechanic lacked attention to detail, I wonder if he had tightened the oil filter correctly, or if he had changed the moon roof motor correctly (or if he did anything to it at all).

NOT A VERY GOOD FEELING for my very first oil change service with AutoNation O'Hare Hyundai.
