Their honesty and commitment
One of the most annoying things on a car is the check engine light. This shop had the problem diagnosed and was on the phone with me with a price (which was about 4 times less than what the Mazda dealer wanted). I am a very particular person, this is the only shop that I trust with my automotive repair.
