Part of my water pump housing had rusted out. Instead of replacing a large difficult to access piece of the engine, they tapped the hole and threaded a plug to seal it off. They could have been greedy and sucked more money out of the situation, but Kim and Mike are top-notch professionals with an honesty that is rare in the business. If I can't fix it, I bring everything I need to them. No, this isn't the first time I've been there... I've been bringing my business to them since I came to town 9 years ago.
