I took my car to Auto Team because the dealer said I needed new brakes. About an hour after I dropped my car off, Earl called me and said after a thorough evaluation that my brakes were in good shape and didn't need to be changed. I was a bit surprised as I was convinced by the dealer that I needed new brakes front and back. Ultimately, I didn't get brakes, but got a brake-line flush and a tune-up. Thank you to the team at Auto Team for doing me right and not taking advantage of me. That's why I may do oil changes at the Express Lane, but I will ALWAYS check with Auto Team before any major repair work. I like taking my vehicle to the Auto Team because I feel I can trust them and their work and the charges seem fair.
