I brought my car in for an oil change using a Groupon. The owner and technicians were really friendly and made me feel comfortable, which is typically not the case for me at other auto shops (especially since I'm a female). Although they notified me of some other services that I might need, they didn't pressure me into thinking that the services were absolutely necessary at that very moment, which I like. Instead they printed off a list for me to take with me and think it over. I plan to take my car back to them and to refer my friends to go there as well.
