Chi explained one example was when he was told it would cost $300 to repair the bumper, but it cost $600 because they had to install a new bumper. The final cost being higher than the initial estimate was okay, because of the quality of the service he received. Chi mentioned this business does a much better job at painting, than the Acura dealership he takes his Acura to. This business did an excellent job, and the personnel were very good.
