Arlington Autocare has been located at 3298 Wilson Blvd. in Arlington, VA for more than 25 years as an auto repair center and tire dealer. Since the beginning, our business has been focused on building strong customer relationships and providing the highest quality of workmanship on each and every automotive repair.

Arlington Autocare has 11 service bays, allowing us to provide same-day service on most repairs.

Cristina said she had to call them several times for them to give her the estimate and she hasn't had to do that before. She's been going to them for ten years and they've always taken care of her. Her air conditioning works now but it is kind of rattling, so she may have to take it back in. She has recommended them.

Excellent communication
Our car was towed there after having brake trouble. The technicians diagnosed and provided a list with email of the needed items with prices. Delivered back to us ahead of schedule. We will return for our regular services.

Thomas said online they were fantastic but the actual location was not. He called and set up an appointment and they told him it was in the system, but when he got there they said the tires had not arrived, and he had taken time off to be there that day. They told him he could call customer service but he couldn't at the time because they were closed. When he did speak with them, they said the tires were actually there and they gave him the tracking number. When he went back, they told him again that the tires weren't there and after finally getting the tires installed, he found that they had installed the wrong tires. At that point they had to uninstall and reinstall the right tires while he waited for there for an hour. He again had taken two and a half hours off of work to be there. They were really nice in the store and the person on the phone was nice, but the fact that they didn't have the tires and then installed the wrong tires, and he had to travel a distance to get to them when there were other places he could've gone to, made him think he will most likely not be going there again.
