Both times the extent of issues w
ith my car could have been prevented somewhat if I was more responsible and attentive.
They could have taken advantage of me especially the first time I went there and they did not.
I totally trust these guys (I don't trust easy) and would recommend them to anyone needing a reliable, trustworthy mechanic shop.
The first time even came in about 100 less then the estimate.
The second time I though it was a little high but when I looked it up on Google the repairs they did were on the lower end of the estimated cost.
My advice, and I'm learning the hard way at an advanced age, is to address the problem as soon as you know there is one.....that will also help keep cost down....but either way, call O &J.

We dropped off the car Monday evening, left the key, completed the job request form and went home. A
fter the job was completed we were informed and I replied that we’d come pick it up. We had also been informed that the car needs new air filter, etc. and I replied we’d do that later date.
