I recently moved here from Kentucky. I stopped by to introduce myself and get a an oil change. I was greeted but not with much enthusiasm. My vehicle sat for about 30 minutes before it was taken to the work area. I waited in the waiting room. It was dirty, the bathrooms were dirty. I was not offered any beverages. I asked for a license plate bracket and they said it would be on order and when the vehicle was finished they would put it on the work order. Once the vehicle was completed I was notified. I was not explained the work that was completed. My vehicle was still dirty. I would have thought they might want to set a good first impression and give me a courtesy wash but they didn't. I didn't want to ask either. It took about 2 hours for a basic oil change. I was very disappointed with this service I received. I hope that it will be better next time I go.
