BUYER BEWARE

Don't buy from Arapahoe Hyundai. I purchased an Ioniq 9 June 26th. Got home it did not have the cargo cover that was included in the price. Called the salesperson 3 different times and left messages. Texted the salesperson on July 5th he said he was on vacation and to call him Monday. Called twice on Monday leaving messages. Called the Sales Manager July 9th left message. Salesperson called but I was unable to answer his call. So I called him again twice leaving messages. Called the General Sales Manager Brent Hall on Tuesday July 15 left message. These people only care about the sale. They have made no effort to get me the cargo cover that was supposed to be included in the sale. There is a reason this dealership is not listed with the Better Business Bureau. You can get the same or better deal at Phil Long Hyundai in Colorado Springs. In fact Phil Long will give you the $7500 federal tax credit, off the price of the car. Arapahoe Hyundai won't do that so you have to claim it on your taxes making it a hassle. Another perk from Phil Long Hyundai you can get a discount if you have a Sams club membership. 8 calls and voicemails to this dealership and no one has helped me. I can imagine how Arapahoe Hyundai service will be when I need to use it. If you purchase from Arapahoe Hyundai BUYER BEWARE!
