Could not be worse, really
What an awful experience. Ten weeks (so far!) in their "service" dept and now they wont even return my calls. They have no idea whats wrong, much less how to fix it. (5 month old Ionic 5 EV, which wont accept a new charge). No loaner. So Im dealing with Hyundai Consumer Affairs, and they are just as bad. Five weeks after conceding it is a lemon, and promising to make an offer to buy out the lease, we have nothing beyond a new email every week assuring us we will get an "update" in another week. Meanwhile we are paying a monthly lease for a car that wont drive. As for their legal obligation to replace our car with another of equal value? Hahahahaha. They dont care about legal obligations. (1) never buy a Hyundai, (2) NEVER buy a car from Annapolis Hyundai, (3) NEVER EVER take a car in for service to these idiots, (4) if you ever get within sniffing distance of using the states Lemon Law, get a lawyer right away. The laws in most states require Hyundai to oay your legal fees. What a bunch of liars.
