Allen's Automotive was established in 1977 in West Rutland, Vermont by the Allen family. After 40 years in business, and building a great reputation in the community, the Allen's decided it was time to retire. Once I had an opportunity to work with Allen’s I received the BEST AUTO SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFETIME ! Within moments I had a complete analysis of everything my car needed via a text message. When I went to pick up my car, I received a quote for each service that they recommended. The simplicity of now being able to budget and plan for how much service I wanted and when I wanted to schedule it, was all of a sudden real, authentic, and right there in my hands.
My first return visit was taking them up on replacing a leaky valve cover gasket and changing my windshield wipers. Once I was again on the road, I realized they cleaned the “inside of my windshield”! Sounds like such a small detail, but I’ve been trying to clean that huge, hard to reach, windshield for years!
The service I received at Allen’s Automotive is immeasurable. They all work together and hustle like a well-oiled machine. What a piece of mind, as my car is my lifeline. They take care of you like you were family.
