Service department tried their best to satisfy me with the problem that occured.
When dealing with a light color interior in a person automobile they need to make sure that there no stain that gettin on the seat(s). May be the company may want to invest in cover the customer interior with some plastic covering to ensure that no stains will be in the automobile. The next time, I come in for service I will thoroughly check out the automobile before leaving.
