Still experiencing issues
4 visits and still no resolution, you really do not want my thoughts at this point in time. Perhaps you should follow up on your end to see if your customers issues have been resolved before you ask for a review of your service department. And yes, I will post a full review when and if my vehicle is repaired. At this point I would rate zero stars, unfortunately that is not an option.

Susan,
I apologize that you received this survey, but these are automatically sent out periodically when a ticket is closed. When performing warranty repairs we have to follow procedures that the manufacturer gives us and unfortunately the first steps didn't fix the issue. We believe that the part that we have on order will solve the issue that you're having with your vehicle. That part should arrive at our dealership tomorrow, and we will let you know as soon as we get our hands on it. I do ask that you please consider giving us a rescore once we get this problem resolved.
Again, I apologize that you received this survey so soon and I hope that you can give us 5 stars once we fix the issue.
